We propose a 30% reduction in leasing admin hours, acknowledgement within five minutes for 95% of digital leasing enquiries, and complete tracking on 100% of work orders. These are targets to agree and measure, not published performance results.
How the targets are measured +
Leasing efficiency: staff administration hours per completed lease, measured against the agreed baseline period. Showing time, market conditions and changes in scope are reported separately.
Enquiry response: elapsed time from an enquiry entering the connected channel to its first acknowledgement, reported monthly as the percentage under five minutes. Human resolution and emergency service are separate measures.
Work-order visibility: percentage of work orders with a named owner, status and next action or completion record. Monthly reporting identifies missing records and exceptions.
